Recorded during my drive to work this morning.
Not sure if I said this in the previous two episodes, but I do record these first and foremost for me. (So when I'm shouting at "you," I'm shouting at me.) Upon re-listening to several of these, I do think there's something uniquely valuable in receiving an unfiltered view at someone else's "shadow work" / "emotional alchemy" process.
