Description

Al and Chris catch up over the weekend to talk about the Afghan Withdrawal, Lockdowns in Australia and NZ, January 6th Witch-hunt, and petty issues that are geared to sew division while keeping you distracted from tyranny. We need a new catchphrase to describe polarising issues which no one wants to resolve, so they are a perpetual weapon to use in an argument. The perfect weapon to keep ‘The Beggars Wound’ open and raw. Because, in some parts of the world, the beggars on the street do not allow a wound to heal, because it earns them sympathy from onlookers, thus earning them donations. We equate many buzzwords in political discourse to a beggars wound or a bogeyman. If you can come up with a catchphrase relevant to the phenomenon of keeping divisive rhetoric alive for the sake of discourse, feel free to comment below.
