Richard Stanley is an award-winning wooden boatbuilder from Southwest Harbor, Maine. He has collected and made tools all his life, inventing Klipeaz smoking clips along the way. He became full owner of the family boatbuilding business in 2010, after working there full time since 1982, and continues to work on wooden boats.
Lorraine Stanley is an artist and entrepreneur. She graduated from Hampshire College in 1994 and has had all kinds of jobs, from digging footers in North Carolina and roofing in Maine in the winter to managing the office of a graphic design firm specializing in corporate identity and branding in Midtown Manhattan. She has a thing about power substations, Nick Cave, and all things cannabis.
