In this episode I want to talk about being consistent. As I was on my 90 day journey and spiritual awaking. Being consistent was very important if I wanted my life to change. One of the things I struggled with was my weight. I had let myself get up to 220lbs in a short period of time. Even though it took me two years to loose that weight.
