In this episode we were so lucky to get to talk to Amy Lenius from the evolution of Mom podcast. Amy is truly a vibrant and beautiful woman from the inside out. Unfortunatly for her she has been through her share of ups and down with her own health but the world is now lucky to have her as a voice and Amy is using her story to help and empower and educate other woman to take control of their own health.
Amy is a multi passionate entrepreneur who loves to talk on all things women's health! Through her own journey of hormonal imbalances, chronic illness, love for anatomy and finally beginning to heal and thrive she found a love of sharing her story and helping other women do the same. Through podcasting, public speaking, her wellness business and now her Peaceful Period project she helps women break away from what is "common and normal" to empowered and thriving
We talked a lot about woman's health and what that looks like now a days, what the contraceptive pill has done to so many woman, about the toxic beauty and home cleaning industry and about (a common topic on this podcast) the dangerous cycle of big pHarma.
