We had an amazing birthday vacation! In this episode, we talk about our road trip to NYC, Manassas Virginia, and Washington DC. We did a bit of training at Renzo Gracie's in NYC, some carpet rolling in our Air BNB, and ran into Garry Tonon in the street! We also saw some of the most amazing sights NYC and DC have to offer. Brent also finished a triathlon in Virginia making it the 21st state he's completed a race in! His goal is all 50 states. Listen in to hear all about it!
