Our special guest this week is Jose Aguirre, our friend and a traveling blue belt with lots of BJJ experience from around the country. He lives in Seattle but comes to train in at Fluid on a regular basis. Jose is training hard to compete in IBJJF masters worlds coming up this November in Vegas. We talk about what his training is like in different gyms and also what it was like breaking barriers that normally hold people back from trying BJJ for the first time.
