After one week off in Florida we are back! We didn't get the results we were hoping for at IBJJF Pans but we came back with some lessons and insight into sport BJJ. Nick talks about some of his major takeaways and what he will do better next time. We also got to learn from UFC fighter Nate "Mayhem" Maness at our sister school Sweeps BJJ in Wautoma. A huge couple of weeks of learning!
