You know what's the absolute worst? When someone says something ridiculously offensive, and then says, "no offense", as if that makes everything all better! Or when someone says "can you pick me up at 'so and so time' and then you sit there waiting for them for over a half hour! Or ordering food for delivery and then near the time it's supposed to be delivered you get a message that your money has been returned and your food is undeliverable!
I'm getting fired up just typing this all out...
