Debs is a Lived Experience Mental Health Consultant, she has had one hell of a ride though the Mental health system and now helps other navigate it too!
Her story is fantastic as it was thanks to a random flyer that she picked up that she was finally able to begin to 'lose' labels and create her true identity.
