In this episode I talk about why we need to look at things differently if we want a different result for our health, our shape and our lives in 2024.

I talk about quitting certain things, to learn faster and get the results you really want. I also talk about parents helping their kids become more resilient by stopping expecting them to BE perfect and allowing them to make mistakes and get things 'wrong'! - this may ruffle some feathers!
