Description

In this episode I am joined by Carol-Mae Whittick a creative
and spiritual coach and podcaster.

Carol-Mae talks about her chaotic childhood due to her Mum’s
mental health status and how she kept herself ‘sane’ through the power of writing in the form of writing poetry, songs and journalling.

She talks about how her dream of ‘cracking’ the music industry meant she quickly had to learn how to handle rejection, but that enabled her to become stronger and more resilient.

This is an episode jammed packed with insights into why
Carol-Mae now helps others to follow their heart and follow their dreams.

Please do listen all the way through, you’ll be giving yourself the gift of learning how powerful creativity can be in your life.
