In this solo episode I talk about how ACCEPTANCE is vital to being able to create the health and lifestyle that you desire and stop repeating addictive habits with food, alcohol and exercise along with people pleasing, perfectionism and comparing yourself to others that no longer serve you mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually.
Acceptance doesn't mean you have to like it or even agree with it, but it does mean you get to let go of feelings and thoughts that keep you 'stuck' in a lack mentality and 'shoulding' all over yourself and others.
Acceptance is a sign of strength and growth, not complacency or giving up! It means you get to GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION to be the person you always were destined to be.
