In this short solo episode I talk about why we need to practice being patient with our body when it comes to healing from injuries and when it comes to making long term lifestyle changes.
I pose the question: Is patience a 'Lost' Art? I'd love to know your thoughts.
For myself I know my lack of patience with my body in the past has definitely been detrimental to my physical and mental health and I now realise that patience is a SKILL that needs to be practised.
