In this solo episode I talk about why we may be reluctant to feel compassionate with ourselves, but why, if we want to reduce stress and anxiety long term creating a self-compassion practice is a must do!

Self-compassion is NOT letting yourself off the hook, nor is it selfish!

It's one of the keys components to improving confidence and building self-worth.
