In this solo episode I delve into resistance and unravel why its not bad or good, it depends!

Resisting going backwards and doing an old habit that you used to do but doesn't serve you is a positive, for example hitting snooze on your alarm clock in the morning.

But resisting letting go of what you've always done or said around others, because you are scared of what it will feel like or how they will respond...

... is going to stop you from getting what you say you want, and keep you feeling stuck and out of alignment with yourself.

I talk about what that can feel like for many of us and thats why we try to fill the 'void' with food, drink, exercise and more.
