I cover what we CAN control and I share the questions you need to get practiced at answering to think in a way that will help you live the life and have the health you say you want.
The questions are as follows:
KILLING YOUR ANTS (Automatic Negative thoughts)
How do you stop these invasive negative thoughts ruining your life, health and self-confidence here’s the process, step by step.
Ask these questions:
1.What is the exact thought I am thinking? Write it down on paper
2.Now ask, Is it true? Yes /No - if yes…
3.Then ask, Am I certain it’s 100% true?
4.How does this thought make me: Feel? How does this thought make me act? What is the outcome of believing this thought?
5.How will you feel if you DON’T have this thought? How will you act? What would be the outcome of NOT having this thought?
6.Now, take the thought and think the opposite - Is that going to allow you to move forward from fear to freedom?
Then TAKE ACTION!
