In this solo episode I talk about what is stopping you from making the changes in your life you say you want.

"Change is hard" is a something I hear so often and I delve deeper into why we keep repeating that as a reason NOT to make changes that will improve our health and our wealth.

I go into our human brain and its primary purpose plus what you CAN do start creating the life, health and wealth you genuinely desire, whether that's letting go of food and body image issues, alcohol or drug use, worry, people pleasing, living in the past or any other familiar habit pattern you have created to 'cope' with life.

I also mention the Reflections for 2025 exercise that I do and encourage you to do so that you can get clarity on where you get let go of busi-ness and make the space to become INTENTIONAL on a way to do change differently.
