In this episode, I discuss moving from disempowerment and rage to wholeness and balance. In order to truly embody our wholeness, we are asked to accept all parts of ourselves. Heal the old stories through healers, coaches, writing, art, music, meditations, or whatever else is calling you. Go there, sometimes we are afraid of change, though change is the only constant. Are you striving for a healthy relationship? Start with yourself. How can you be more compassionate, loving, and non-judgmental with yourself?
