Sue started off her career in Community Education in 1987 as a part time Detached youth worker. Sue completed her degree whilst working as a rural community development worker then gained a full time post.

We discuss Sue’s experience, COVID 19 response, the importance of evidence gathering, misconceptions and more! Sue also discusses the process of the development of the book she was involved in writing called ‘The Impact of Community Work – How to Gather Evidence’.
