Today we have an amazing Yoga teacher, Maria Kirsten. She is a senior Yoga teacher and she lives in Lennox Head near Byron Bay, Australia. Her Classes are anatomically and functionally based, very visual and fun. Maria was also one of my root teachers during my teacher training in Australia.
