Description

Irtifa is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Forman Christian College University’s School of Management. She is a Fulbright alumna and completed her Masters in Advertising from University of Florida. She has been associated with the marketing communications industry for over 15 years.

Recently, she founded a support platform for the maker community called The Tinkers Collective to harness the power of community to promote creative entrepreneurship in the country.

In this episode I talk to her about the teaching profession, the need for mentoring, how the Tinkers Collective came into being and how they are on a mission to promote individual and community well-being through the arts.
