Description

What comes to mind when you think of therapy? It's so easy to think of therapy as being *one* thing i.e. sitting on a couch and talking it out. But there are SO many types of therapy and in Episode 8 we're diving in. Asking for help can be tough (and isn't always easily accessible) but it can be so helpful in the long run. With any kind of therapy, it is work. And you gotta put in that work to make that magic.
