On this episode, I explain meditation in a way that may help reframe how you look at it. The past week has been truly transformative as I continue this solo symbolic journey (my Joyage). I wanna break out of the matrix that is the mindless mind and take control of my life. Meditation IS the way forward, just like squatting build leg muscle, meditation builds mind muscle. It IS possible to stop intrusive thoughts, mindless loops, anxiety, it really is. I'm getting a taste of it every time I sit and force myself to BATTLE quite literally, against the incessant chatter in my head.
Joyage, my brand, is about instilling confidence and awareness in people to take their own leap of faith, to go do all the things instead of always thinking about it. It is also about talking about uncomfortable subjects that we all think about but never say out-loud, and to open a new, healthier perspective to appreciate life.
