In this episode Revathi and I dive into the realities of what is it like to be a woman in workplace in the 21st century. Seeing as I'm in no way an expert or well versed in this area I was really looking forward to learning and bettering my understanding of the improvements and difficulties my friends and colleagues face.
Revathi is an articling student at a insurance defense firm based in downtown Toronto. Coming from a science background and moving into the legal field she has had the chance to see how women navigate the work space in a variety of fields.
