In this podcast episode about productivity and content creation. We discuss the mentality you must have to creat content online, youtube, and podcasting. I think that no matter what type of content you create, perfectionism is the enemy of creation and will hold you back in the long run. If you are focused on being perfect rather than acknowledging and enjoying the process even when it is not ideal.. you will miss out on the main purpose of having a voice. It is my opinion that the most important thing is expressing yourself, helping others & relating to people. Think of it this way, the next time you create a piece of content, focus on adding value to at least one person that will listen rather than getting lost in the vanity metrics, views, & how you might come across to the masses. You might be surprised with the results once you recognize and value every single person who takes the time to consume what you are putting out.
