Kind of a random episode to give you an update on my life as well as talk about 1 thing you did not know about people like us that struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts. I also talk about Eleanor Roosevelt as we as why we shouldn't judge people for their reasons that they end their lives or are wanting too.
