Description

What does the data say? I have compiled this academic research update regarding breastfeeding and COVID-19 vaccination. As it says in the video, this is for information purposes only. It is comprehensive but not exhaustive and does not replace discussions with your medical team regarding your personal vaccination choices.

You are welcome to share this episode with any people who provide breast or human milk to their babies, parent support professionals or others who you feel may be interested in the contents of this episode.

***On re-reading the paper by Twohig and colleagues I have become aware that ages 31 and 29 are the median age of a positive test result for Alpha and Delta strains of SARS-CoV-2 respectively, rather than median age presenting to or being admitted to hospital as originally stated in this video/podcast. I apologise for any confusion.***
