This is part one of a new sermon series entitled: "Ready or Not: Being Jesus' Witnesses" where we will be looking at how the first eyewitnesses of Easter carried on the charge by the resurrected Jesus to be His witnesses in the world. This week we are looking at one of the many resurrection appearances by the risen Lord. He appears to His followers, proves His identity to them, opens their minds to the Scriptures, and then goes "up" in His ascension as He sends the disciples "out" to be His witnesses.
