1. Your authentic self is easier to follow than you think. It’s not the actions that are difficult because those are all intuition guided. It’s the rate of consistent change that you are not used to, that you have no reps with, that you will have to endure. Do things that show the highest version of you to the world and observe how it responds. The people, the experiences, the feeling of knowing you’re stepping into the unknown and really appreciating the fact that you did. (Usually months 3-6😂) Block out time to practice this. You have 18+ years of never having these thoughts, so think of the thought repetition as year one for a new sport. I chose a year.
2. Connecting to your faith is important. Whatever it is. A in real life mentor. A spouse. Religion. Whatever it is. Train the mind at appreciating that, learning that. I got a lot closer to god this year because I chose to take a deeper interest at understanding who he was and how Interpreted him up to this point. (If you want to hear my conclusions to that, hop In The Weekly Profit Community Discord. The first 100 Members are completely free. )
3. The Power of One More Is Real. I understood this as anything is better than 0. From this I learned that’s how you produce consistency in the things that you do. The understated power is it allows you to get the reps at doing multiple things. I reccomend one thing and training to expresss it in multiple ways. Not to shout myself out on my own show but when you look at Profit Jack Enterprise we are expresses as a business helping people making money online in our own unique way, as well as a podcast that provides a voice and elemnt of personal connection at scale to a wider net of people. My clients and my audience get the same guy who wants to as much value as he can.
4. I am someone who thinks ownership is extremely important. Everything is my fault. Fast action wins, I like to win and that’s it. Why dwell on things you can no longer control, or control in the first place. The year taught me the importance of finding time to listen to my instincts. Beach Walks late at night when I knew nobody would be there, gym sessions with no music, not looking at the phone the first 4 hours of the day if I was up early enough. Life was busier than ever this year but on with actions that I usually generated on those walks, workouts & silent time.
