International Women's Day was this week, the theme of which is Break the Bias. In this episode, I take that concept a step further. The corporate environment is very much favoured towards extroversion and it's often the case of she who shouts loudest gets the recognition, gets the reward, and gets ahead. The quieter ones often get overlooked. In this episode I talk about breaking the introvert bias.
