Inspired Visions Consulting, LLC has provided customized Leadership Training, Mental Health Training, and Strategic Planning consultation to private and government agencies through workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations. Debra has curated specific programs for the National Weather Service, Florida Department of Education, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Florida Department of Children & Families. In this capacity, she has worked to help organizations build multigenerational teams and increase effective organizational communications. She has also provided essential strategies tohelp frontline leaders move into mid-level leadership
She has served as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Mississippi and currently maintains her National Certified Counselor certification. Debra serves her community as an MBTI Certified Practitioner, Wellness Strategist, and Master Life Coach.Debra has authored and published five best-selling books. She co-authored three of the five books with the number one motivational speaker in the world, Dr. Les Brown and Dr. Cheryl Wood. She has been a featured author and international speaker in numerous conferences, magazines, podcasts, and mainstream news outlets, such as ABC, NBC, and CBS, providing empowerment tips, techniques, and tools for introverted career women in leadership.
