Menopausal women are the fastest growing demographic in the workforce, affecting women between the ages of 45-55, and in some cases, in their 30s. Yet the topic of menopause is still very much a taboo subject in the workplace.
In this episode I speak to menopause expert Emma Persand about it. She shares valuable tips on what women can do to make the menopause more manageable, as well as what employers can do to better support their menopausal women employees.
