Today I talk about how you should stop adding weight if you want to build muscle… hold up let me explain. This podcast episode was inspired by many clients that come to me and start tracking their workouts. On the first 2 sets they used a much lighter load 50-60% of what they did in their third set and counted them as their “ working set” .
