Dakota and Jeff are the co-founders of Opinicon Investments. They have been investing in real estate together for over 4 years, doing a combination of Fix & Flip, Secondary Dwelling Unit creation/BRRRR, and Buy & Hold properties. At the beginning of 2022 they both left their careers (Dakota in medicine and Jeff in IT) to focus on building their business. They are passionate about real estate investing and love to use their knowledge/experience to provide investment opportunities to those around them. Their vision is to create a portfolio of properties that provide a feeling of community for their tenants; a place where they love to live and feel at home.
