Covid has SHOOK everyone’s world, causing havoc in our normalcy. The journey over the past year, may have looked or felt different for everyone but one thing we can ALL agree on is… it was a BLIND SIDE!
No one saw that one coming!
We found ourselves rearranging our lives in an instant! We took on stresses with jobs being relocated to our homes, our children not able to go to school and becoming educators overnight.
Add on NO travel, NO socializing, wearing masks and the FEAR of the unknown and you can see how this was a stressful time for everyone! I will discuss, common themes I have personally coached or discussed with friends and family regarding Covid’s impact and steps to TAKE ON year two like a QUEEN!
