In this podcast Glynis Frater, Director of Coaching at Learning Cultures talks to Sandra Stansfield about our very successful Certificate in Coaching Competence Programme. Glynis and Sandra worked together on developing this programme following a discussion as to what we felt was the best way forward for leaders, managers and teachers to develop as coaches specifically in an education setting. Sandra's considerable knowledge and experience of coaching and leading the development of a coaching culture in practice have gone into the designing of this programme. She shares many resources, activities and materials all linked to sector led research and practical examples of her work.
