Gold Rush Cocktail
2 oz bourbon
1 oz honey syrup
3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake hard for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled glass with 1 large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon peel.
