This week we're covering one of our home state's tragedies; serial killer, Wayne Nance (aka the Missoula Mauler). For a state that doesn't see much violent crime, this one is a doozy. So grab your drinks and prepare yourselves!
This Week's Drink: Mezcal Margarita
Juice from 1 lemon
Juice form 1 lime
Juice from 1 small mandarin (optional)
3 ounces Mezcal
1 ½ ounce triple sec or Orange liqueur
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey syrup
Fill a shaker ⅔ full with ice. Squeeze the lemon, lime, and mandarin. Add the Mezcal, triple sec and maple syrup. Shake well and taste- adjusting sweetness and lime if needed. Pour into two small salt rimmed glasses with ice (strain if you don't want the pulp).
