Your Identity is how you are seen by others and how you want to be seen. There are some parts of your Identity that you can change, some you can hide (ask Spiderman), and others that will always remain part of you, exposed to the world.
Your Identity includes your Race, Ethnicity, Geography, Sexuality, Gender, Ability, Body, Age, Religion, Class, Education, Career, and much more. But don’t let these limit you. And don’t let these make you feel that you are better than someone else.
Observe and compare to learn and grow, not to exclude. That is how you master happiness. Be like the boat of Theseus, constantly changing, but staying true to who you really are (listen in to learn what we mean).
