Every person and body is different. For example, Kim has had rheumatoid arthritis for over 20 years, and it has made most fitness plans a challenge! Just as she did her own research, talked with her doctor, and found a trainer to work with her unique needs, we hope that you will do your own research, consult your doctor, and find a fitness coach who will give you the best information for your body and unique needs.
We live in a world that can often cause women to view their bodies in the wrong way. If you struggle with an eating disorder, the tips in this particular episode may not be the best ones for you.
