Danny Quigley is an Irish Triathlete, this summer he will attempt to complete 10 Ironman distance triathlons in 10 consecutive days in his hometown of Derry City. Each Ironman consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run to finish off! Each day could take him 14 hours or more but when the going gets tough Danny has a reason to keep going as he is doing the challenge in memory of his late father, a legend in Irish Triathlon, Colm Quigley, who sadly passed away 10 years ago this year hence why Danny will aim to complete 10 in 10. In this episode Danny tells us about his preparations for the event, his mindset going into it and how his fathers advice and inspiration lives on in himself and the whole triathlon community.
