In this episode of Chalk My Back! we continue the discussion with David, we discuss how David ranks against the top in his weight class and his future and long term goals within the sport of powerlifting. We also discuss in depth what it would take for David increase his rank placing among the top of the 83kg lifters and how he plans to achieve this goal. We take a dive into David's training blueprint and how he and his coach Sean communicate to create an effective means of training to maximize recoverable load and load management from the standpoint of learn what your body can do to tolerate volume.
