The stereotype is that men don’t ever like to ask for directions! You can imagine how hard it is to say to another person out loud, “I think I need some help.” While the black community is vast and nuances of our life experiences cannot be fully captured or qualified, millions of Black men’s mental health in America, as a social group, have suffered throughout the years in total silence. The Cuzns sat down with  Nigel Sealey, Clinical Social Worker and Ashanti Umar aka Black Rushn of HisMajestyUnltd to bring light to what is keeping Black Men from using therapy as a potential solution.
