In this week’s solo episode, I’m talking about relating to and managing your stress. As you know, there is no shortage of stress in our lives from work, school, kids, family, and the world. The question I want to ask you is, what are you doing with your stress?
I have a suspicion that a lot of us are muting our stress, rather than managing it. If you are muting, you spend a lot of time numbing and detaching from your body and emotions. The impact of this causes you to waste hours of your week!
