Hernández is a 2x Oscar nominee for The Revenant and Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance).
In addition, he is a 4x BAFTA Film Award nominee for The Revenant (where he won), Birdman, Babel and Pan's Labyrinth.
