रश्मा कलसी अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मान्यता प्राप्त नाटककार, थिएटर निर्माता और लेखक हैं। उनके कार्यों को भारत समेत अमेरिका और ऑस्ट्रेलिया जैसे देशों में प्रदर्शित किया जा चुका है। रश्मा के कार्यों की यदि बात करते हैं तो इसमें प्रमुख रूप से जो सम्मिलित है वे हैं :

· Padma Shri Prahasana (Performed at India Habitat Center 2016, Indira Gandhi National Center for Arts 2018, Jawaharlal Nehru University 2019),
· Melbourne Talam developed at Melbourne Theater Company through NEON Festival 2015 and Cybec Readings 2016 and had 33 shows at Southbank Theater, Melbourne and Regional Victoria tour (MTC Education Season 2017)
· Screenplay ‘Delusional Dreams’ (University of Toronto Screenwriting Course 2015)
· The Lost Dog (performed at Walker Gallery & Arts Centre, Dandenong 2012 and 2014), and
· Meri Script Hai Kahan (Eventura Creations 2003);
