Uttarakhand is witnessing a change in demography through systematic land grabs by funnelling Zakat Money. At the same time, the people who were at the helm in Uttarakhand say that 20 cr cannot be pushed into the Ocean, making it an excuse for keeping their eyes closed. This is also impacting BJP's electoral prospects in the State.
