Should'ing all over the place hinders our growth and development. We can should on ourselves all day long and all that gets done is a mess gets made. Too much of our time is spent on 'they should' or 'I should' or 'it should'. Shoulda, coulda, woulda never did much of any importance. It's time we stop living in the past of what should've been done and focus on what and who we can control. Impact and growth happen when intentions become actions.
