To help celebrate and appreciate International Women's Day, we sit down for a conversation with our Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations, Gloria Moucheron (or as we know her, Glo). On this episode we decided to deviate from our regularly scheduled device feature to instead turn our focus to speak about women in the work place and more importantly in leadership. Elly, Angel, and Glo chat about the importance of mentorship, hurdles in the workplace, and the juggling act women perform on a daily basis. Glo offers advice to women looking to move into leadership and men looking to be allies for the women in their lives.
